Conventions used in the How To series of Documents 


Shell based input:

'% ' - the default csh shell prompt.
'% command' - This is an actual command you type in at the shell prompt.

Path and directory names:

"/opt/" - the parent directory of the OMEGA installation.  The actual name
          will be the full path to your OMEGA System.
         
"$OMEGA/" - the actual directory of the OMEGA installation.

"ops/" - a directory containing OMEGA simulations.

"caseid" - the actual name of the case you want to work with.
